Fees Details

The applicant or licensee need to remit the fee for licence as per the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Rules 945.

5 Renewal of Loan Licence in Form 25-E before its expiry (one-time License retention fee)

7 Good Manufacturing Practices
(i) Fresh Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices Form - 26E-1 5000
(ii) Renewal of Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices Form - 26E-1for every succeeding five years from the date of issue 1000
(iii) Licencee fails to pay certificate retention fee on or before the due date, he/she shall be liable to pay certificate retention fee alongwith a late fee calculated at the rate of two percent of the certificate retention fee for every month or part thereof up to six months 2% of 1000
